The Promise Players will perform "High Cotton."  Set in 1929, just before "The Crash" of the stock market, in a little mill town, the "haves," the "have nots," the "righteous," and the "sinners"wrestle with the feelings of pride and prejudice.  What happens when you fall in love with someone from the other side of town? 

This musical production has great music from the period which includes "Charleston," "Ragtime," and "Tango" styles.
