The first service is the more traditional of the two services offered at Lampeter Church of the Brethren. The service starts with an organ prelude followed by informal moments and sharing of joys and concerns. Hymnals are provided for congregational singing of hymns, both familiar and unfamiliar. The message is regularly given by Pastor John Hostetter.

The second service is the more contemporary of the two services offered at Lampeter Church of the Brethren. The sounds of acoustic, electric and bass guitars, drums, keyboard, piano, and various other instruments provide the music. The message is regularly given by Pastor John Hostetter.
