What is the play about?

The Red Rocket Diner is open for business. Here the waitresses have a contest to see who can get the customers to order strange items that are not on the menu and the sheriff stops by every day for his cup of joe. Johnny, the cook, hates his life and dreams of leaving the small town and trying to make it in the big city. Carrie Ann is a young mother working at the diner who tries to share the Lord with Johnny. But how can the sheriff help the locals through a sudden bus crash that rocks the town?
