God

We believe that God has revealed Himself through the Holy Trinity as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit - three persons who are equal in nature, attributes, and worth, yet one God.

Scripture

We believe that the Bible, including both the Old and the New Testaments, is the divine revelation of God, which is inspired by the Holy Spirit and communicated through human authors. Because the Bible is the divine and direct revelation of God to man, it is the final authority for all of life.

Jesus

We believe that Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God, which is to say He is Himself, God; He took upon Himself our human nature, being conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died upon the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sin of the world. He arose from the dead in the body in which He was crucified. Jesus ascended into heaven in that body, where He is now our interceding High Priest, and He will come again personally and visibly to establish His Kingdom and to judge the living and the dead.

Man

We believe that man was created in the image of God but fell into sin, so while still bearing His image, mankind is a broken image of the creator who now lives in opposition to God. This is true of all mankind and unless a person is born again, he or she cannot see the kingdom of God. The salvation of mankind is by the grace of God through faith in Christ, who bore our sins with his body on the cross. The rewards for believers and the retribution for unbelievers are conscious and everlasting.

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son, and is the third person of the Trinity. He always was, is, and will be with the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit distributes gifts to the body of Christ for the edification of the body of Christ, by empowering the believer to Godly living and service. These gifts display both the diversity and unity of the body in its edification and ministry. Once the believer has the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit will never leave the true believer.

The Church

We believe that the Church is an elect company of believers baptized by the Holy Spirit into one body; its mission is to witness concerning its Head, Jesus Christ, preaching the gospel among all nations; it will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air when He appears to establish His kingdom.
